With over 20 years experience working in the non-profit sector for organisations, small, large, and global in scope, Mark is a technology leader with a proven history of achieving excellent results with limited resources. He favours actions over words and “getting things done” over excessive strategizing. He is experienced in agile project management and software development practices, and specialises in a product-led approach to delivering technology.
Mark has led many projects which have created transformative change for organisations across fundraising, mobilisation, and engagement, and is an expert in maximising the impact of non-profit technology over a broad portfolio of tools, including websites, CRM, digital marketing, volunteer engagement, open campaigning, face to face fundraising, and business intelligence.
Mark has worked across the globe, most notably in Southeast Asia, Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, India, and several European countries.
As a neurodivergent person Mark has a creative, flexible mindset that seeks a pathway through uncertainty and chaos with resourcefulness and ingenuity. He is able to find innovative solutions to problems and blend existing concepts together to develop new approaches.
